This week, we are recommending a documentary called “Somm”, which is available on Netflix:

It documents four individuals that are preparing for the Master Sommelier exam, which is supposed to have one of the lowest pass rates in the world.  These guys, based on tasting an arbitrary bottle of wine, can tell the year the grapes were harvested, the region of the world it came from, the winery, how it was made, etc.  It is amazing what these guys can do.
