Basic Features of Genio Still ODG2 50L:
Use of Oil Jacket:
- The Genio Still ODG2 50L uses an oil jacket as a heat source, which guarantees gentle and even heating of the distillation substance. This is a key feature that affects the final taste of the spirits produced, giving them a rich and complex character.
Distillation with Solids:
- The Still is ideal for distilling with solids, such as fruits and grains, to produce spirits with unique flavors. It allows the distillation of batches containing solids, while preventing possible scorching, which does not transfer the scorching taste to the final product.
Our ODG2 stills are equipped with an automated dephlegmator, which will allow you to select the desired alcohol strength range for flavour-rich spirits to be produced such as:
50% to 60% ABV
60% to 70% ABV
70% to 80% ABV
It also has copper plates in the column surrounded by glass to easily see the alcohol bouncing on the plates and has CIP (Clean-In-Place) spray balls installed on each plate for easy cleaning.
Automatic Cooling Water Flow Controller:
- The automated cooling water flow control system significantly reduces water consumption while ensuring efficient cooling of the distiller. This solution promotes resource savings while maintaining high cooling efficiency.
Deflegmator with Alcohol Power Range:
