Alcohol distributor with three solenoid valves:
- Innovative design with three separate valves allows for precise separation of heads, hearts and tails into three separate collection vessels, which is key to achieving different distillate fractions.
New SS Insulated Tank Type:
- An optimized tank with stainless steel insulation and a sloped bottom for efficient distillate collection.
Heating Elements with Improved Heat Distribution:
- Reduce heating time by 25% for distillation efficiency.
Automated Rectification Column:
- Includes the ability to produce 95% abv pure alcohol at a rate of 12 liters per hour or 96% abv spirit at a rate of 10 liters per hour.
