Basic Features of Genio Still ERG2 250L:
Rectification Column with SPP:
- The use of Spiral Prismatic Packing (SPP) minimizes the size of the distiller, resulting in reduced operating costs. The result is pure distillate with alcohol content up to above 96%.
New SS Insulated Tank Type:
- The tank has been optimized with stainless steel insulation, and its sloped flat bottom allows for efficient distillate collection. New tank design to increase distillation efficiency, along with an additional side hatch.
Heating Elements with Improved Heat Distribution:
- With the new heating elements, heating time is reduced by 25%, which affects distillation efficiency.
Automated Rectification Column:
- Includes the ability to produce 95% abv pure alcohol at a rate of 15 liters per hour or 96% abv spirit at a rate of 12 liters per hour, highlighting the distiller’s versatility.
Automated Water Flow Controller:
- Computerized cooling water flow controller allows water consumption between 3-4L/min, a savings of about 60% over the previous generation
New Condenser:
- The upgraded main condenser has been expanded, allowing better use of cooling water.
Alcohol manifold with three solenoid valves:
- An innovative design with three separate valves that allows precise separation of heads, hearts and tails into three separate collection vessels.
Stainless Steel Wire SPP:
- Spiral Prismatic Packing fill made from 0.18 mm stainless steel wire, providing the best column fill material available.
Two top hatches and a side hatch:
- Two large top hatches for easy batch pouring, and an additional side hatch for cleaning the tank after distillation.
